Winch Repair & Service

For many years, Barient was the leading winch manufacturer in the world.  For 10 years, Jim Plagenhoef managed the production of Barient custom systems and was the hands-on, in the field service representative. He was responsible for the design, building and installation of complicated systems manufactured by the factory.

While Barient parts are very difficult to come by, Jim's extensive knowledge of the Barient winches and drive systems often makes it possible for him to fix Barient product that often appear beyond repair.

We also work on winch and drive systems from most other manufacturers such as Harken, Lewmar, Antal and Anderson.
